It’s sad that most of the sites that sell these items want to gouge the newbies and that’s the very last thing you need. It’s difficult enough to get going in online marketing without having to have your wallet emptied out before you ever get started.

That’s depressing and certainly doesn’t motivate you to move forward very fast (well, you can’t, because it takes some money to make money) nor do you have any left over to promote your new business with.

This post will be continued, but it’s enough to let you know what we’re up to, and that you will appreciate it once we get everything in place.

Addendum: I just discovered an amazing site for WordPress users - they have the coolest little add-ons that work great even for novice WP users such as I am… and the widgets are nothing short of amazing and soooooo easy to use, so if you are entertaining using a WordPress blog, I highly recommend them - Visit Automattic to get your excellent widget add-ons.

Note 7-7-07: One thing I might add is that the older version of the sidebar widget causes a “fatal error” when you try to activate it after upgrading to WP 2.1.1 so be aware, and it may just be my outdated version that’s doing that… It didn’t hurt anything, it just wouldn’t install!
